Creazioni Zuri nasce nel 2011. E’ una linea di gioielli realizzati in carta e cartoncino riciclati; materiali poveri ma fortemente evocativi, dalle superfici materiche ricche di impurità e imperfezioni, capaci di suscitare sensazioni tattili e visive. Il brand nasce dalla passione di Chiara Zuliani e Manuela Rigon (laureate in disegno industriale allo IUAV di Venezia) per gli accessori realizzati con materiali non convenzionali e l’amore per la carta, un materiale povero che cercano di nobilitare, rendendolo materia preziosa.
Tutti i pezzi sono realizzati a mano, formati da centinaia di dischetti di vari diametri, spessori e texture, che vengono tagliati industrialmente da una fustella e successivamente uniti manualmente; questo fa si che ogni gioiello sia unico. Il tutto rigorosamente fully made in Italy. Le collezioni Zuri richiamano i colori e le suggestioni del territorio veneto come ad esempio i bianchi e i beige dei marmi utilizzati dal Palladio per le sue splendide architetture (collezione Palladio), i rossi e marroni delle case veneziane, le tonalità di grigio dei marmi del Canova (collezione Canova).
“I nostri gioielli sono realizzati nel rispetto dell’ambiente, utilizzando materiali riciclati ed ecosostenibili. Tutti i pezzi delle nostre collezioni sono unici perchè creati completamente a mano da noi. La realizzazione dei nostri gioielli richiede molto tempo e impegno, poichè ogni gioiello è fatto a mano appositamente per il cliente che lo ordina”.
“Creazioni Zuri was born in 2011. It is a line of jewels made of recycled paper and cardboard; materials that are poor but strongly evocative, from the material surfaces rich in impurities and imperfections, capable of arousing tactile and visual sensations. The brand was born from the passion of Chiara Zuliani and Manuela Rigon (graduate in industrial design at the IUAV of Venice) for accessories made with unconventional materials and love for paper, a poor material that try to ennoble, making it precious material.
All the pieces are made by hand, formed by hundreds of disks of various diameters, thicknesses and textures, which are industrially cut by a punch and subsequently joined manually; this means that every jewel is unique. All strictly made in Italy. The Zuri collections recall the colors and suggestions of the Veneto region, such as the white and beige marble used by Palladio for its splendid architecture (Palladio collection), the red and brown of the Venetian houses, the gray tones of the Canova marble (Canova collection).

The realization of our jewels requires a lot of time and effort, as each piece of jewelery is handmade especially for the customer who orders it “.
